Who is Andy and how can he help?

About Andy

Andy Patzig is an attorney licensed in Virginia and Washington D.C. as well as a Virginia Realtor. He has been practicing family law for over a decade and later became a Realtor to help his clients who were downsizing, moving, or had different needs after their divorce.

Andy is a trained Mediator and certified Divorce Coach. These two things align with his beliefs that often times, there is a much better path through divorce than one filled with animosity, stress, confusion, and growing legal bills, especially when children are involved.

As a Guardian ad litem, Andy has represented the best interests of hundreds of children who were the subject of custody and visitation petitions. Virginia courts focus on the "Child's Best Interest" and so does Andy. If you sole purpose is to eviscerate your ex in court, and you have children, I'm not the right divorce attorney for you. I truly believe you can have a divorce focused on the children or children who grow up focused on divorce.
